Steve Holberry
Owner and founder
Steve (the one in the middle) has worked in building and construction for all his working life, without giving away his age, its a long time. Initially learning his trade across disciplines he launched SD Holberry in 1977 having seen the need for an honest approach to customers, their needs and to provide a polished solution.
He has a loyal client base with the majority of work being sourced through referral from previous, very satisfied, clients. Steve does not believe in cutting corners, using cheap materials or working with slapdash colleagues, if the jobs done right at the beginning he's happy and so are our clients. Steve's team are comprised of skilled craftsmen who share Steve's ambition for a job well done.
Steve lives in Gatley with his wife Elle and spends his spare time with his family and holidaying whenever work allows. Steve is a huge F1 fan particularly Mercedes.

All our timber for roofing and extensions is FSC certified from well managed forests that are continuously replenished and that there is no damage to the surrounding environment

If we can't use left over or reclaimed materials we ensure they are disposed of in the most environmental way.
